The HPBExpo Suitcasing & Outboarding Policy governs unauthorized marketing and commercial activities that may disrupt official HPBExpo programming or undermine the integrity of the event. Under this policy, suppliers, manufacturers, and business service providers may attend HPBExpo only as exhibitors or sponsors and are not eligible to register as attendees.
As a premier marketplace for the hearth, barbecue, and outdoor living industries, HPBExpo is committed to providing a fair and professional business environment for all participants. All exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees are required to comply with the Suitcasing & Outboarding Policy linked below. This policy is actively enforced.
Key Policy Highlights:
- Manufacturers, suppliers, and business service providers may attend only as exhibitors or sponsors
- Soliciting business without exhibiting or sponsoring is prohibited (suitcasing)
- Hosting events in connection with HPBExpo without approval is prohibited (outboarding)
- All ancillary events during show dates must be submitted for approval
- Misrepresentation during registration may result in removal from the event

Badge Policy Reminder
HPBExpo badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they are issued. Misuse or misrepresentation may result in revocation of credentials without refund.
