Submitting the application isn’t the end of the process. Here’s the sequence, so nothing catches you out.
Contracts are reviewed and accepted in the order received. Booth assignment follows — which is why applying early matters.
Once your contract is accepted and space reserved, HPBA issues an invoice for your exhibit fees.
Payment is due within two weeks of contract acceptance. Unpaid booths are subject to release and/or deposit loss.
This is a binding contract, signed electronically. Have your booth preferences and billing contact ready before you begin.
