Visa Information & Letters of Invitation 

Some international visitors may be required to obtain a visa to travel to the United States to exhibit at HPBExpo27 in Nashville. Visa information can be found on the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs website:  

After identifying that a visa is needed, foreign travelers should determine visa processing timeframes. We recommend contacting the Consular Section at www.usembassy.gov. 

Letters of Invitation for HPBExpo27 are available in electronic form to all attendees and exhibitors during the online Expo badge registration process (available mid-August). Exhibitors who need a letter prior to securing an exhibit space may complete an online request form for each individual requiring a letter. Once submitted, the individual letter will be sent directly to the email address provided in the form. Please ensure that all information entered is accurate and matches the individual’s passport.
