Register Your Booth Staff
Exhibitor badges are required for all personnel working at HPBExpo27. Register now and pick up badges onsite beginning Wednesday, March 3.
Contracted exhibitors only. If you have not yet secured exhibit space, apply to exhibit before registering for badges.
Every exhibitor gets two badges for every 100 square feet purchased. HPBA members get two more, and pay less for any additional badges.

All exhibitors must complete badge registration to access the HPBExpo27 exhibit hall, events, and sessions.
Companies signed up to exhibit are not automatically registered for badges. Booth staff need to be registered here, by name, before the show.
Your two extra complimentary badges and the member rate for additional badges are applied when you register with your HPBA member ID. Membership for exhibitors.
Exhibitor badges are for your employees and their family members only. Customers and attendees register under their own company name through Attendee Badge Registration.

Who Can Use an Exhibitor Badge
Exhibitor badge allotments are exclusively for exhibitor employees and their family members. HPBExpo27 is not open to the public.

Customers and attendees must register as an attendee under their own company name. HPBA member and non-member badges are available for attendees.

HPBExpo EducationCertification Review Courses & Exams
In addition to the free education program, HPBExpo27 hosts NFI and CSIA certification review courses and exams. Courses and exams are purchased separately from the provider, not with your badge.
Review courses Wednesday and Thursday, March 3 and 4. Exams run through Friday, March 5.
Certification at HPBExpo27Protect Yourself From Fraudulent Offers
Unauthorized companies may contact exhibitors claiming to represent HPBExpo, offering hotel rooms, or selling attendee and contact lists. None of them are connected to the show.
Maritz is the only official registration and housing provider
Badge registration and hotel reservations for HPBExpo27 are handled by Maritz, and only Maritz. If another company contacts you offering registration, rooms, or travel for the show, they are not endorsed by the show and agreements with them are not protected by event management.
Report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization and to Maritz. Official hotel block.
Attendee and contact lists
As with many trade shows, unauthorized companies may contact HPBExpo exhibitors claiming to represent HPBExpo or offering attendee and contact lists for purchase. These organizations often use misleading language or omit key details to appear legitimate. Please be aware:
- No affiliation with HPBExpo: these companies have no connection to HPBExpo and do not have access to our attendee database. Any lists they offer are either fabricated, compiled from publicly available information, or part of a scam.
- HPBExpo does not sell attendee data: HPBExpo does not sell attendee lists, contact information, or any other database details.
We strongly advise against purchasing any list from individuals or companies claiming to have access to HPBExpo data. If you receive such solicitations, please:
- Do not engage with or respond to these offers.
- Forward the emails or communications to exhibits@hpba.org so that we can address the issue and take necessary legal action.
