Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz is not approved. Reservations made through unaffiliated organizations may appear cheaper, but they may be illegitimate, may not hold the rooms they are selling, or may carry unreasonable change and cancellation penalties.
Entering into agreements with these companies can be costly and is not protected by event management. Please report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization and to Maritz.
