With over 25 years of experience and multiple HR certifications and academic distinctions, Amy is known for redefining HR as a strategic driver of business growth, community well-being, and economic impact.

She is a proud alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB, New Orleans Cohort 22, which further fueled her mission to empower small and mid-sized businesses through innovative HR strategies.

She helps business leaders connect the dots between HR practices and their real-world effects—showing how every hire, resolved conflict, and developed leader strengthens not just companies, but families and communities.
