Update Exhibitor Listing
Make sure your company stands out in the HPBExpo online event portal with complete exhibitor listings! Your exhibitor listing is how attendees, both buyers and media, discover who you are, what you offer, and where to find you on the show floor. Review and update your profile with current information, product categories, show specials, videos, and contact details so attendees can easily connect with your team. Select information from the event portal will also appear in the official HPBExpo26 mobile app.
SPECIAL FEATURES AVAILABLE THIS YEAR WITHIN EXHIBITOR LISTINGS:
- HPBA member companies are identified in the exhibitor list and on the exhibitor page – this field is updated by HPBA staff.
- Exhibitors indicate whether a physical showroom is required for their customers – be sure to log in and update your status!

Exhibitor Listing
Take a few moments to update your exhibitor listing so attendees can easily find your company and add you to their itinerary. In addition to your company description, website, product categories, and brands, you can also upload:
- Press releases
- Individual products
- Show specials
- Videos
All of this is included with your booth.
All exhibitors must log in with the individual account we’ve created for you at:

How to Log In:
- Go to https://hpbexpo2026.smallworldlabs.com
- Select Forgot Password/First Time Login
- Enter email address that matches exhibit contact on file with show management
- Look for an email from HPBExpo26
- Choose new password & login
- Watch the Exhibitor Hub Tour for step-by-step guidance
- Click “Edit” on the right to update your company description, product categories, etc.
Be Sure to Complete and Update These Sections of your Exhibitor Hub:
- About – Includes company description, website, product categories, brands, and the new indicator for whether your company requires a physical showroom
- Contact – Includes location and social media links
- Press Releases
- Products
- Show Specials
- Videos
