Thank you for signing up to exhibit at HPBExpo26, the industry’s marketplace for buyers and sellers, providing a unique opportunity to connect with key decision-makers and more opportunities than ever to build your business. Badges are required for all HPBExpo26 exhibitor personnel. Register now and pick up badges onsite beginning Wednesday, March 18.

Only contracted exhibitors can register for exhibitor badges. If you have not yet secured a booth, please Apply to Exhibit before proceeding with badge registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All exhibitors must complete the badge registration process to access the HPBExpo26 exhibit hall, events, and sessions.

• Registration Not Automatic : Companies signed up to exhibit are not automatically registered for badges.
• Complimentary Badges:
  • Exhibitors receive 2 complimentary badges for every 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased.
  • HPBA Members are eligible for an additional 2 complimentary badges.
  • Additional badges are available for purchase.
• Badge Usage: Exhibitor badge allotments are exclusively for exhibitor employees and their family members.

Customers/attendees must register as an attendee under their own company name. HPBA member and non-member badges are available for attendees.

Protect Yourself from Fraudulent Offers

As with many trade shows, unauthorized companies may contact HPBExpo exhibitors claiming to represent HPBExpo or offering attendee and contact lists for purchase. These organizations often use misleading language or omit key details to appear legitimate. Please be aware:

• No Affiliation with HPBExpo: These companies have no connection to HPBExpo and do not have access to our attendee database. Any lists they offer are either fabricated, compiled from publicly available information, or part of a scam.
• HPBExpo Does Not Sell Attendee Data: HPBExpo does not sell attendee lists, contact information, or any other database details.

We strongly advise against purchasing any list from individuals or companies claiming to have access to HPBExpo data. If you receive such solicitations, please:

1. Do not engage with or respond to these offers.
2. Forward the emails or communications to us so that we can address the issue and take necessary legal action.
