We encourage you to book through them early for the best selection and price.
Housing Bonus: Exhibitors that reserve housing through onPeak will receive 5 additional Priority Points for 2026 booth selection. Receive another 10 Priority Points for 2026 if 50 or more room nights are booked. Reservations must be made no later than January 6, 2025 for the Priority Point bonus.

Airport Information
There are two airports close to the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (NOEMCC):
-New Orleans Lakefront Airport: 9.7 Miles from NOEMCC
-Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: 15.4 Miles from NOEMCC
Convention Center Shuttle Information
A shuttle will be run from the New Orleans Marriott to the NOEMCC during the following dates and times:
– Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 7-11AM and 2-6PM
– Friday, March 28, 2025 from 7-11AM and 2-6PM
– Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 8AM-12PM
