HPBExpo is owned and produced by the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association (HPBA), a national trade association dedicated to advancing the hearth, patio, and barbecue industries. HPBA provides members with resources, advocacy, and industry insights to support their businesses and promote industry growth. Through education, networking opportunities, and industry events, HPBA works to enhance the professional development of its members and to champion the benefits of hearth, patio, and barbecue products to consumers and regulators alike. Exhibiting companies eligible for the discounted member exhibit rate must renew or join HPBA for the 2025 calendar year to maintain the discounted exhibit rate. 

2024 Members – If you are the designated HPBA membership contact, you will receive a 2025 renewal notice later this year. If someone else at your company is the membership contact, confirm with this individual that the renewal notice is received and payment is made by December 31, 2024. 

New Members – Join HPBA as a manufacturer, or through your local affiliate as a non-manufacturer:

• A Manufacturer member is a sole proprietorship, partnership, association or corporation who manufactures, assembles, markets or imports hearth, patio & barbecue products. Manufacturers join HPBA directly and are encouraged to delegate an employee to represent them in each Affiliate. Join online at www.hpba.org/Manufacturers.

• Non-manufacturers are retailers, distributors, reps, and service companies. Join membership through your local HPBA affiliate. 

Please pay HPBA 2025 Membership Dues by December 31, 2024 to maintain your member-discounted exhibit rate. Exhibiting companies that are required to be a 2025 HPBA member will receive a revised non-member exhibit space invoice if 2025 membership dues are not received.
