Booth Selection Procedures for 2025 Exhibitors*:
Key Details:
- Priority Booth Sales: Thursday, March 27 – Saturday, March 29 – see appointment schedule linked below
- Discounted Priority Rates: Save up to $10/sq. ft. by booking during the Priority period! After Priority Booth Selection, rates will increase.
- Booth Selection:
- You will select your booth during your scheduled appointment time.
- If you miss your appointment, the next company will select before you. You may then choose from the remaining booths.
- Contract & Payment: Contracts will be signed and a 30% deposit is due onsite during booth selection. Deposits can be paid onsite by check or credit card.

Additional Notes:
- To receive the member rate, your HPBA membership must be active at the time of contracting.
- HPBA member exhibitors with 2,500+ sq. ft. receive a $0.50 per sq. ft. discount.
AFTER the Priority Booth Sales period ends, rates will increase as follows:
