Bio

Tom Parks has served as Vice President and General Manager of COASTROAD Hearth & Patio since 1998, where he oversees staff development and leads all training initiatives, including hands-on technical instruction for installation and service technicians. A seasoned communicator, Tom has been speaking publicly since 1972 and brings more than five decades of expertise to every audience he addresses.

Tom is a National Fireplace Institute® (NFI) certified Master Hearth Professional and holds a degree in Electronics Engineering. For the past 18 years, Tom has also contributed as an instructor and consultant to the National Fireplace Institute, supporting educational programs at both regional and national levels.
