Insight to Innovation: How Listening to the Field Fuels Smarter Solutions
Friday, March 20, 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM

This Innovation Forum brings together voices from sales, product management, engineering, and the hearth professional community to explore how field-driven challenges continue to shape meaningful product innovations. As market needs evolve, the Duravent Group partners with the field to transform feedback into safer, faster, and more profitable solutions, from new vent sizes to expanded installation support and ongoing quality assurance. Participants will be active contributors in a real-world innovation session, providing live feedback, sharing ideas, and seeing firsthand how concepts move through the product development process. While not every idea will ultimately become a product, every contribution plays an important role in shaping future solutions. Participants will receive periodic updates on the progress of ideas shared during the forum, offering a unique, behind-the-scenes look at how innovation happens at the Duravent Group.
