Jessica Voss-Kehl is the Vice President of Innovation at Hearth & Home Technologies (HHT), where she leads enterprise efforts to harness emerging technologies, accelerate transformative growth, and drive disruptive innovation across the business. She joined HHT in 2022, bringing more than two decades of experience leading innovation at 3M. Her career spans strategy, product development, commercialization, and technology deployment across multiple industries, ranging from dentistry to collision repair.
Jessica served on the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association (HPBA) Board of Directors from 2022 to 2024, where she led the Governance Task Force.
A passionate advocate for bold thinking and experimentation, Jessica partners with cross-functional teams to cultivate a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
