COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Updates

October 23, 2020 – We cannot wait to see you in person in June! As the city of Louisville reopens, HPBExpo is actively working with and monitoring safety measures taken by local officials and the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) along with Louisville hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, and entertainment venues that are all part of our community’s event experience.

We are committed to ensuring a safe and COVID-19 compliant event in 2021. As you would expect, things may look a bit different, due to social distancing, wearing of masks, and the forgoing of the good old handshake—for everyone’s safety. Changes will not, however, keep you from reconnecting with industry peers and forging new relationships with suppliers and partners.

For the latest updates on the HPBExpo and Louisville’s health and safety measures, we encourage you to check back for HPBExpo Health and Safety Guideline Updates. We will continue to update you as new procedures, plans, and details are determined, put in place and/or evolved as we continue planning for June.

It is important to understand the symptoms, risks and proactive steps you can take to stay healthy.

To protect yourself and others from any virus:

  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  • Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing
  • Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms
  • Stay home, or away from other individuals, if you are sick
