Cancellation and Refund Policy
Fees paid for registration and education passports are non-refundable. For questions, please send in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibitors may cancel or withdraw booth participation; however, no refund shall be made regardless of reason.
Any disruptions in the event platform to sessions that are being streamed, or any other incidents during the event, that are out of the show organizers’ control will not be eligible for a refund.
Event Registrations are Non-Transferrable
Attendees may not share or transfer access to HPBExpo Connect to any other individual or entity. Sharing usernames and passwords or providing access to any unregistered person is in direct violation of the HPBExpo policy and may warrant removal from the platform without a refund.
Changes to Your Event Registration
If you need to make any changes to your registration, you may do so by logging back in to your attendee portal (access is also available through your registration email confirmation) or by contacting HPBExpo Registration at email@example.com.
Declined Credit Card
Registrant will receive a decline message.
HPBExpo Connect Event Platform
HPBExpo/HPBA has partnered with a third-party vendor to produce HPBExpo Connect 2021 virtually. HPBExpo/HPPBA cannot guarantee that the virtual event will operate without any interruptions or malfunctions. Any disruptions in the virtual platform to sessions that are being streamed, or any other incidents during the virtual event, that are out of the Show organizers’ control will not be eligible for a refund. Employees will be available to try to address technical difficulties where possible. HPBExpo/HPBA is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to the attendee’s internet provider or computer equipment.
Code of Conduct
By registering for HPBExpo Connect 2021, all attendees and exhibitors agree to the following Code of Conduct:
HPBExpo/HPBA is committed to creating a safe and inviting online environment for all attendees, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, nationality or religion. We invite all attendees to help make HPBExpo Connect 2021 a safe and welcoming space for all attendees.
All communication during HPBExpo Connect 2021 should be appropriate for a professional audience. We do not condone harassment of HPBExpo Connect attendees or participants in any form. Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct, including personal or political attacks, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images, trolling or sustained disruption of sessions will not be tolerated.
HPBExpo/HPBA strictly prohibits the act of “suitcasing” at the HPBExpo Connect event. Suitcasing is the act of non-exhibiting companies soliciting business at the virtual event. Any virtual attendee who is observed to be suitcasing will be removed and barred from the platform immediately. Additional penalties may be applied.
Attendees are not permitted to copy material from the platform, whether by photographing, screenshotting, or video or audio recording content.
HPBExpo/HPBA reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove participants from the platform, without refund, for any unacceptable behavior or violation of the Code of Conduct.
