2022 Priority Booth Selection

PRIORITY BOOTH SELECTION WILL TAKE PLACE MARCH 1 – APRIL 19, 2021 

HPBExpo 2022 Priority Booth Selection will be conducted via phone* appointments, using the online files below. Choosing a booth during your Priority appointment gives your company an opportunity for PRIME exhibit space, with a deposit of only 20%. As always, Priority Booth Selection is optional, and companies may instead choose to contract for a space at a later time, based on availability, for a 50% or 100% deposit, depending on the date of application.

 *Companies in the US and Canada will be contacted via phone; however due to time zone differences, companies outside of the US and Canada will receive an email for their appointment.

 APPOINTMENT DATES & TIMES

To find your company’s Priority Booth Selection Date and Time, view the HPBExpo 2022 Priority Booth Selection Appointment Schedule. Appointments are listed in Alphabetical Order by company with times listed as Eastern Time. Please note that the Appointment Schedule includes all exhibitors that have exhibited in the past five years (unless they have opted out) and not all companies will sign up during the Priority Booth Selection period.

HPBA staff will contact your company at your appointment time for booth selection. By default, we will contact the designated Exhibit Contact for 2021 Exhibitors, and the HPBA Main Contact for companies that are NOT 2021 Exhibitors. If you would like to specify an alternate contact, phone number, or email for your company’s booth selection appointment, or if you would like to opt out of your appointment, please contact Senior Manager of Exhibits, Amy Jackson.

If you will not be available during your appointment time, you may either submit an Application & Contract a.) ahead of time for HPBA staff to select your booth location for you – based on your preferences, at the time of your appointment OR b.) after your appointment time or date, but prior to April 20 – HPBA staff will process your request or contact you if your booth preferences are not available at that time.

Please take note of your company’s Appointment Start and End times. We ask that you be respectful to the posted times, since calls that run over the allotted appointment will interfere with the next appointment. If you miss your appointment, you will need to email your contract and booth requests, and HPBA staff will process your request or contact you if your booth preferences are not available at that time. If you request a phone call outside of your appointment time, please note that your call may have be returned after 5:00pm Eastern Time, or prior to 11:00am Eastern Time the following day, due to other appointments that are scheduled throughout the day March 1 – April 19.

Companies WITHOUT Priority Points may reserve space during the Priority period on Monday, April 19, 2021, with a 20% deposit. After April 19, new booth reservations will require a 50% deposit. After November 1, new booth reservations will require a 100% deposit.

WHEN TO SEND YOUR APPLICATION & CONTRACT

Email your Application & Contract for Exhibit Space just before or during the time of your appointment. Please do not send more than 30 minutes prior to your assigned appointment, unless you would like HPBA Staff to select your booth location for you, at the time of your appointment. The Floor Plans WILL drastically change from day to day, and requests made too early will likely not be available at your appointment time.

HPBExpo 2022 PRIORITY PAYMENT DEADLINES

  • see Page 2 of the Indoor or Outdoor Application & Contract for exhibit space rates (no increase for 2022!)
  • 20% of total booth fee due with Application and Contract
  • additional 30% payment due by August 1, 2021
  • additional 50% payment due by November 1, 2021
  • 20% of total exhibit space fee is Non-Refundable through September 1, 2021; 50% of total exhibit space fee is Non-Refundable from September 2, 2021 through November 30, 2021; and 100% of total exhibit space fee is Non-Refundable after November 30, 2021.
