Reaching Out to Younger Consumers Panel Discussion
As the population ages, younger consumers (Gen X-ers and Millennials) will be the primary shoppers. Their preferences for product design and product attributes (contemporary looks, electronic features) as well as their preferences for how they shop (using social media sites, smartphone apps, etc). This topic has come up frequently with both manufacturers and retailers.
