Sponsorship Opportunities

REGISTRATION AREA:
Escalator Cling

Exhibitor: $1,500 / Non-Exhibitor: $1,800

Available to four sponsors. Cling is placed on a pane of glass leading attendees from Level 2 to Registration and the Indoor Exposition entrance (Level 3). Cling size is 2'h x 3'w.

Indoor banners

Exhibitor: $3,640 / Non-Exhibitor: $4,368

Promote your presence by hanging a company banner along the Registration Concourse windows. Banner size is 25'w x 18'h horizontal; single-sided. Eight possible locations available.

Lanyards

Exhibitor: $1,500 / Non-Exhibitor: $1,800

Four sponsors can advertise their company name and/or booth number on the lanyards distributed in registration.

Sponsor requirements: supply No-Twist Double Bulldog Clip style lanyard. No other style will be accepted. Sponsor will be contacted regarding the quantity to supply.
Pens in Registration

Exhibitor: $500 / Non-Exhibitor: $600

Two sponsors can supply 500 pens each with company logo and/or booth number which will be placed on counters throughout registration.

Sponsor requirements: supply pens with company logo and booth number.
Product Literature Bags

Exhibitor: $1,000 per 1,000 / Non-Exhibitor: $1,200 per 1,000

Four sponsors can promote their company by supplying Expo bags with company logo and/or booth number for attendees. Company may include product literature. Bags are placed on racks throughout the Registration Concourse and main entrance to the Indoor Exposition Hall.

Sponsor requirements: supply bags with company logo and booth number.
Rotating Ad Kiosk

Exhibitor: $1,900 per panel / Non-Exhibitor: $2,280 per panel

Sponsors can market their company’s show message on a free standing, backlit rotating kiosk panel (there are three panels per kiosk). Kiosks are positioned throughout the Registration Concourse and Indoor Exposition Hall.

Sponsor requirements: supply production ready artwork in eps format (size: 46-7/16” w x 67-1/8” h).

Railing Cling

Exhibitor: $1,500 / Non-Exhibitor: $1,800

Sponsors can promote their company logo/and or booth number with a railing cling (38"w x 30"h). Railings are located on Level 2 leading to the outdoor burn area and on Level 3 in the registration area.

INDOOR EXHIBIT HALL:
Cyber Café

Exhibitor: $5,000 / Non-Exhibitor: $6,000

An Internet station is prominently located on the show floor providing attendees the ability
to check their email and access the Internet. One company can provide personalized mouse pads, paper, screen saver, etc. for the email station. Each station monitor will highlight company website as the homepage. Overhead signage with company name or logo will be provided.

Sponsor requirements: supply company logo and web site address.
Indoor Exhibit Aisle Signs

Exhibitor: $4,500 / Non-Exhibitor: $5,400

Three companies can promote their logo and/or booth location on front and back aisle signs, alternated in the indoor exposition hall (sponsor area is 5'w x 3'h).

Sponsor requirements: supply company logo and/or booth number.

Mobile Charging Stations

Exhibitor: $2,400 / Non-Exhibitor: $2,880

Three sponsors can market their company with a free standing station. Your company branding will be placed on all four sides. Each station provides 12 outlets. Stations will be positioned in the Cyber Café lounge area and Registration Area.

Sponsor requirements: Provide artwork for branding 4 sides (36"w x 34"h). The side branding will be made of 1/8" foam core or cintra board.

OUTDOOR BURN AREA:

Outdoor Burn Area Game Stop

Exhibitor: $2,200 / Non-Exhibitor: $2,640

Two sponsors can promote their outdoor booth during all three show days. Each sponsor will have their company logo displayed on corn-hole boards and signage displaying the corn-hole game rules. This area provides a fun activity for attendees to relax and network with others.

Walkway to Outdoor Burn Area

Exhibitor: $3,500 / Non-Exhibitor: $4,200

Promote your booth with a column banner. Columns are positioned indoors along the main route to the Outdoor Burn Area.

Bus Drop Off Column Wrap

Sponsors can display their company message at the main entrance bus drop off and pick up area. Sponsor requirements: supply artwork. Limit of (4) opportunities.

Bus Drop Off Window Cling

Display your company message on a single-sided window graphic visible to attendees entering from the main bus drop off entrance. Limit of (4) opportunities.

Bus Route Promotion

Exhibitor: $2,800 per bus / Non-Exhibitor: $3,360 per bus

The route will consist of 8 sponsor buses running between 2 routes during peak Expo hours. The buses run to and from designated hotels in the HPBExpo housing block and Music City Center. Each company’s artwork will be placed along the entrance side (2’ x 39’ sign).

HPBExpo Headquarters Hotel Room Keys

Exhibitor: $7,000 / Non-Exhibitor: $8,400

One exhibitor can promote their company and booth number on the hotel keys distributed to HPBExpo guests at the headquarters hotel, the Omni Nashville Hotel in the HPBExpo Housing Block.

Advertising preferred materials

Matching Colors

The HPBA Showguide is printed with process colors (combination of cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink). Any PMS or RGB used will be converted, resulting in a color shift. To ensure that the color is correct, it is recommended that you convert the PMS or RGB to CMYK.

Layout

Ad should be created at 100 percent. This should correspond to sizes above.

Bleed Ads

For full-page ads and two-page spreads keep important elements such as type a minimum of .375” away from the trim. Then add .125” all around for bleed. This is to ensure nothing is trimmed off that is important to the integrity of the design.

File Format

The HPBA Showguide is produced 100 percent computer-to-plate at 150 line screen/300 dpi with a closed-loop color management system. Press Quality PDF files are the preferred file format for file submission. Careful attention must be paid to the proper creation of Press Quality PDF files (print-ready, high resolution with embedded fonts and graphics) to ensure that they will reproduce correctly. No crop marks are needed.
HPBA is not responsible if they print.

HPBA is not responsible for errors due to improper file preparation.
